Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for purchases from both TheDukesLittleAttic and WoodWithSoulStudio. Returns must be sent by post.

If an item is defective, damaged in transit or materially different from its description, the seller will cover the return postage. In these cases, the full item price and any original delivery charge paid by the buyer will be refunded.

If a buyer changes their mind, overlooks information in the description or no longer wants the item, the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. The full item price will be refunded.

Items damaged by the buyer after delivery cannot be returned. There are no other product exclusions. Because many pieces are vintage, handmade or one of a kind, please review all photographs, measurements and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

Purchases, return communication and refunds are handled securely through Etsy.
